Colburn Custom Woodworks attempts to keep prices low and offers free shipping on nearly every item we carry. Due to Continued uncertainty of these tariffs on products we have the following policy in place.
In the event of a price change due to a Price change in the cost of the Tariff on the Product we will at out discretion either apply that difference to the product price and or lower the price to the consumer on an item they purchased and there was a shift in the price due to the tariff this on apply applies to orders just made and or pending Fullment.
We will notify the customer as soon as this is detected and give the customer that operantly to cancel the order and or accept it.
RETURNS POLICY
In General, the Return time frame is listed in the Description of each item.
Although we Ship most items for free 3-7 Days is the General time frame if in the event that time frame is delayed for one reason and or another the customer may cancel the order and receive a refund is a ship delay of 10 days or more occurs.

any warranty item return to us will not be accepted and or returned without additional fees to cover the shipping back to the Customer is the customer refused such the item will hold for 30 days and if return shipping is not paid to Colburn Custom Woodworks LLC the items will be disposed of.
General returns
In the Event the Customer want to return a item ordered it must be within the time frame listed in the Items description. In Addition, the Customer is Soley responsible for all shipping cost and fees associated with that return and the return must be sent back to the Point of ship as we have many warehouses that the item(s) might be shipped from in order to assist in a speedy delivery the custom is to concept us via RMA request email and advise us of the return and we will asset in that return.
any return is subject to inspectional and verification before any refund will occur and as stated above any item broken do to misuse or improper assembly by the customer will not receive a refund.
